Our container transports (full loads and general cargo) must be organised in collaboration with our other offices and agents. We look for someone with a large work capacity, both service-minded and accurate. You thrive in a hectic environment, make correct decisions based on the customer's needs, having knowledge of available opportunities. You meet any challenge in a solution-oriented mindset.

Tasks:

daily follow-up of shipments for customers, import and export
coordinate shipments in collaboration with ColliCare's offices and agents
close dialogue with shipping companies
handle arrival notifications and prepare cases for customs clearance
manage incoming documents
order and follow up deliveries of goods to customers
update ERP systems
invoicing/crediting
KPI reporting to customers

Qualifications:

experienced in logistics
ability to build relations
ability to work focused in office landscapes, independently and in teams
be comfortable with phone and email as work tools
fluently in Norwegian and English, both written and orally
