ColliCare is experiencing heavy growth both internationally and in Norway, and we are looking for candidates with experience in business development, with high competence in transport and logistics. 

You hold a driving force with a distinctly positive attitude. You have a strong desire to succeed, always thinking ahead, and look forward to creating results. The workplace is our brand new premises at Kløfta.

Tasks:

The Home Delivery department will develop existing and new services, processes, and concepts. You can set clear standards at an all-in scale. You are good at analysing, and seeing opportunities in market trends, and have high implementation skills to sell ideas and implementation. You are a "go-to person", and it is natural for you to work interdisciplinary with customers, partners and employees. You are independent, operational, and able to build strong proactive teams.

There are 2 positions available, and they report to the Country Manager for ColliCare Home Delivery in Norway.

  • as a manager, you are clear and create proactive engagement in the team and business
  • you play your employees better, and together we make sure to position ourselves in the market and to build a magical delivery experiences
  • you are proactive and always want something more. You see scalable opportunities in the trends, and the ability to operationalise and realise these
  • analyse and optimise production processes
  • to succeed, you must become an expert and see new opportunities in our existing systems
  • through continuous training, you build a high level of competence in the company

Qualifications

  • experience with process and development work, market
  • experience in distribution and route planning is desirable
  • preferably experience with technology and logistics processes/value chains
  • good technological understanding and competence, including Excel (pivot level), as well as experience with route planning systems
  • knowledge of our TMS system Opter is desirable, but not a requirement
  • very good command of Norwegian and English, both written and oral
